Overall, awesome stay. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Gorgeous views. Clean. The room wasn't ready to check into until 4:30 pm when we were told 3:00 pm. We would've liked to have tea in the rooms in addition to coffee but no big deal. The staff is quick to bring towels and anything else needed.
I walked in and i was immediately greeted by a courteous young lady. She told us about the amenities the hotel offered. It was a very nice hotel.
I personally feel that this is the nicest hotel in Espanola. It's very cozy, clean and safe. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The service in the restaurant is awful. I ordered French toast & instead got a fried egg with hash browns and bacon. The waitress insisted that I ordered it when I asked for French toast. Well eventually that got straightened but my breakfast never arrived so I just had a glass of orange juice that was overpriced. I'm never going back to that restaurant.
Excellent we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning soon. Employee front desk Leslie was very helpful to our needs. Housekeepers were also wonderful. Thanks to all employees for a great job.
