Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and act like they hate their jobs. An employee told a customer she needed to drink diet soda when she ordered her drink. They have bad attitudes with customers. No matinee discounts. Stale popcorn.
The only thing that is a bummer is it sure would be nice too see more movies offered in 3D..
The Dream Catcher Theatre is a pretty good Theatre..
The Drink holder is good but it would have been nice to have a place to put the food trays.
That for being a smaller community her in Espanola to keep prices low really helps the community with people..
All in all Dream Catcher is pretty a darn good Theatre!

Good local movie theatre. A little less expensive than usual. Not difficult to have the entire room to yourself on a weeknight. The usual concessions. Chocolate almonds are always a plus.
There concession stand has a variety of treats and again not too bad in price!
Renovated in the last year and a hell of a lot better than Los Alamos. Doesn't beat santa Fe in "picture quality" but beats having to sit in a packed theater any day.

This is a great movie theater! I like the facility which is fun and inviting. The place is clean and kept up! The staff is also friendly and helpful too!
