These guys are great! Patrick was friendly and knowledgable. Fair pricing. I called the company this morning and they sent Patrick over this afternoon and he had the job done in an hour and a half.
After 10 years using whoever would get to us first, we've decided that we'll only be calling Angus at Waller's from now on. He does quick work and never tries to sell us anything we don't need. Best of all, he's happy to explain things to us, even telling us how to make repairs ourselves (if we can).
The coldest day this winter and my boiler decided it wanted to quit. It was very bussy for all the plumbing companies but they got to me and gave my home heat. This was New Years Eve but Fred stayed late and made sure we wouldn't freeze. Very knowledgeable, I will continue to use them in the furture. Highly recomend!!!!
Terrible customer service. I took an afternoon off of work to wait for one of their technicians to arrive at my house because their secretary told me to expect them "sometime this afternoon." They never arrived and never called to inform me that they would have to move the appointment. A day later, their secretary left a message asking to reschedule - no apology or acknowledgment of my wasted time.
Have been good so far hope it continues.
