Dr. Tingle, Podiatrist, not only did he belittle my mother for smoking, but told her he would prefer not to do her surgery. When asked what she could do to alleviate her foot pain for the next year, he told her about someone who stretches shoes. Treating patients with a little respect isn't to much to ask, especially when they are in chronic pain from a foot condition she did not do to herself. Not only did he belittle her, but offered no advice on how to manage the pain for the next year. I'm glad he has an amazing education, but it'd be nice if someone invested in customer service classes for him and his staff. Not only was he incredible rude, but his office called the day of the appointment to let us know it has been moved up 2 hours. If you are able, definitely do not go here.
