I went in to have my glasses adjusted and they broke both of my lenses and had the nerve to say "we aren't responsible for broken lenses, your warranty only covers the frames". Are you Effin kidding me?! Maybe that's how Walmart keeps business, sells glasses and frames at a premium and then get your employees to break them and then laugh as they are forced to pay for more lenses (the most expensive part of glasses) because your warranty conveniently doesn't cover them and your incompetent employees aren't held responsible. I don't care what your policy says, I'm still filing a claim with the court for damages.
Completely worthless I went to see if I could get a prescription filled and there was no help at all. Instead of looking how long it would take to fill an order she kept playing with her own glasses. I was told a doctor would need to look at my prescription even though it's still good for another year. Pure laziness.
