Bad service dirty restrooms all food is cold nothing like when the old Lota burger was when erlinda was running it,
Hamburgers seems to be getting smaller. Food still great. If you get your order done correctly
This location can be good, but in all reality its hit and miss here. You can get good or bad service at the desk and with your food served. For instamce, I've had numerous occasions where I had too little meat or Chile and too much hashbrown in my burrito.
The wait time was ridiculous. The workers were rude. The food is good but the service is terrible, they are giving Lotaburger a bad name.
