I can't say I love this place but it's definitely improved since years ago. There's not many other options for eating in Espanola so it's definitely one of the places I rotate throughout the weeks. The service is sometimes slow even when not many people are dining. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating but a few shouldn't be working with people at all. The food is typical chain style eats, some good, some bad. Go early around opening if you don't want to wait too long.
Food always consistent, HOWEVER while the service has improved, today's meals were mediocre at best. My tea was the right color but had no flavor. My wife's coke a cola while it had the fizz the color was off and flavor thin. My fries were lukewarm and hamberger had no flavor, my wife mentioned her broccoli was dry, while my son's chicken came nestled on tortilla chips.
Decent place to eat, excellent cocktails, for a convenient price.
Service was very slow. No one cares. No one smiled. Not one person working looked as though they had any energy.... There is only ONE person that ever is top notch , I believe her name is Megan. Don't think we will ever go back. Food was actually good but, the service lack there of was terrible. No one cleared our plates. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!
Good food and beverages. Overall good experience. Appreciate the rewards program. Priced right!
