On my B-day my folks took my wife and me out to eat. The food was okay until they brought me my B-day cheese cake. As I was eating it, LUCKY I caught the toothpick that was half broken in my cheese cake, I pulled out of my mouth just in time. That scared me!!!!!! I called the waitress over to show her, she took the toothpick and said "oh"and came a little later to give us the bill. NO one said they were sorry or anything and wanted a 22% tip for the $100.00 bill. When I left told the waitress they need to check or throw out the rest of the cheese cake, she said "oh I did" and walked away fast. I will go out of my way to tell people not to go there especially the people who had recommended this place.
I thought that the atmosphere was fantastic. So rustic. We waited quite a long time for service, but once we were welcomed we were well treated. This is defiantly pricy compared to other Mexican restaraunt in the region but the quantity of food served somewhat represents the price. We shared a half chicken dinner between two which was tasty. And today I'm serving the remaining chicken for lunch recreated as chicken salad sandwiches. If you like history and interesting surroundings you will likely enjoy stopping at this establishment.
Been eating here for years. my favorite meal is Chicken Tacos. Award winning recipe.
Terrible service. Mediocre to gross food. Way overpriced! The queso is good and the place use to be great. Not anymore. These people were real jerks to our party. There are much better places nearby! Skip it.
There are no words to describe this place. The food is the best Mexican food we've ever eaten. Authentic. Huge portions. Very reasonably priced. Excellent margarita menu!
